General terms and conditions

The Elfs­borg March is orga­nized by Par­tille Hemvärns­fören­ing, which has orga­ni­za­tion num­ber 802455–4407. By reg­is­ter­ing for the Elfs­borg March, you accept these gen­er­al terms and conditions:

1. Description

We strive to pro­vide an accu­rate and com­plete descrip­tion of the event, but minor devi­a­tions in details or prac­ti­cal arrange­ments may occur.

2. Ticket

Your tick­et is per­son­al and linked to the per­son you spec­i­fy when pur­chas­ing the tick­et. The tick­et can be trans­ferred to some­one else for an admin­is­tra­tive fee of SEK 75.

3. Participation

All par­tic­i­pa­tion is at your own risk. If you would like insur­ance cov­er­age, we offer Startk­lar insur­ance against acci­dents and cancellations.

4. Cancellation

Please note that all tick­et pur­chas­es for our events are bind­ing and non-refund­able. In excep­tion­al cas­es, refunds may be grant­ed after an indi­vid­ual assess­ment by Par­tille Hemvärnsförening.

5. Personal data

When you reg­is­ter for the Elfs­borg March, Par­tille Hemvärns­fören­ing will process your per­son­al data. You can read more about how your per­son­al data is han­dled in our pri­va­cy pol­i­cy.

6. Pho­tog­ra­phy and video recording

Dur­ing the Elfs­borg March, the orga­niz­er will take pho­tographs and film. By par­tic­i­pat­ing in the event, you are aware that you may appear in pho­tos and videos. The mate­r­i­al may be used to doc­u­ment the event and for mar­ket­ing pur­pos­es for the Elfs­borg March (e.g., on our web­site, in social media, and in future invi­ta­tions). This is done on the basis of our legit­i­mate inter­est. You can read more about how we han­dle this and your rights (such as the right to object) in our pri­va­cy pol­i­cy.
