General terms and conditions

The Elfs­borgs­mar­schen is orga­ni­sed by Par­til­le Hem­värns­för­e­ning, which has orga­ni­sa­tion num­ber 802455–4407. By regis­te­ring for the Elfs­borgs­mar­schen, you accept the­se gene­ral terms and conditions:

1. Description

We stri­ve to pro­vi­de an accu­ra­te and com­ple­te descrip­tion of the event, but minor devi­a­tions in details or practi­cal arrange­ments may occur.

2. Ticket

Your tic­ket is per­so­nal and linked to the per­son you spe­ci­fy when pur­cha­sing the tic­ket. The tic­ket can be trans­fer­red to some­o­ne else for an admi­nist­ra­ti­ve fee of 75 kronor.

3. Participation

All par­ti­ci­pa­tion is at your own risk. If you would like insu­ran­ce cove­rage, we offer Start­klar insu­ran­ce against acci­dents and cancellations.

4. Cancellation

Ple­a­se note that all tic­ket pur­cha­ses for our events are bin­ding and non-refun­dab­le. In excep­tio­nal cases, refunds may be gran­ted after an indi­vi­du­al assess­ment by Par­til­le Hemvärnsförening.

5. Personal data

When you regis­ter for the Elfs­borgs­mar­schen, Par­til­le Hem­värns­för­e­ning will pro­cess your per­so­nal data. You can read more about how your per­so­nal data is hand­led in our pri­va­cy poli­cy.

6. Pho­to­grap­hy and video recording

During the Elfs­borgs­mar­schen, the orga­ni­ser will take pho­to­grap­hs and film. By par­ti­ci­pa­ting in the event, you are awa­re that you may appe­ar in pho­tos and vide­os. The mate­ri­al may be used to docu­ment the event and for mar­ke­ting pur­po­ses for the Elfs­borgs­mar­schen (e.g., on our web­si­te, in soci­al media, and in futu­re invi­ta­tions).
